Shoaib Malik

The right-hand batsman and star cricketer Shoaib Malik has come forward to share his opinion on the much hyped India Pakistan cricket matches. Ahead of the World Cup 2019, where once again two arch rivals will be facing each other, Malik has recommended a feasible solution and discouraged the word ‘war’ commonly used to describe the match between two countries.

“It’s my own opinion but the word ‘war’ is a very strange word to me. I don’t think it’s good to use that word, definitely not in sports,” he said while talking to The News.

The all-rounder proposed that the word ‘love’ should be used to describe the relationship between the two countries in terms of cricket and otherwise. “When you deal with ‘love’, then everything becomes a bit easier – whether it’s cricket or any other sports. It unites people together,” said Shoaib.

Currently Shoaib is in England for the World Cup 2019, which he has already announced will be last of his cricketing career.
